Do you remember the days when you were at the playground,
taking turns going up the slides or just following behind your classmate to go to the toilet or another class?
Your teachers/parents/an adult will always tell you,
wait for your turn..
don't push..
take your time..

But why do so many and I really mean
SO SO SO MANY ADULTS, don't practise what they teach to the younger ones?
People just don't care, and push their might just to get into places they want..
It makes me angry that's one..
Which didn't start my day well?
I mean yeah I understand you are rushing for time and stuff but still?
IT'S RUDE!

Is this what Singapore has become?
A fast moving city,
A developed country,
A cosmopolitan city where life gets so fast that people can't catch their breaths?
A place where everyone is just caring about themselves?
No one cares about the little things in life anymore?
Really?
If this is what Singapore has become, I guess we should start making a change to our lives..

Why do people work?
1. Money
2. Passion
3. Nothing to do?
I don't know, but there are probably 101 reasons why people wanna work..
And sad to say,
I'm a workaholic..
I'm sorry Pudding for being a workaholic..
I know I neglected you..
I know you understand..

Well, I never explained why I wish to work or work like crazy..
But now, I will.
One reason I started working was beacuse I was having my vacation.
Well to earn money was another.
But, I fell in love with my job & I really like working there..
I loved the ways things work there & I truly feel that my girls will always be there for me..
Therefore if I need help, they will be there for me.
And when they needed help, I'll always help them.
To the best of my abilities of course.
But now, school has started & even though I badly wanna help, I can't.
I'm sorry girls..
But as much as I wish to extend I can't :(
Told Pudding that I won't extend when school reopened but sadly.. I did today..
And sadly, I told N that today will be the last time I'll extend for her..
I really don't wish to leave yet, but.. things are making me wanna leave..
Dilemma.. Sigh..
Where would I go the next junction?

How well does your parents know you?
Maybe very well, maybe not so..
It's a sad fact in Singapore that many of our main caregivers are not our parents.
Mainly because they need to work.
So who takes care of us?
Grandparents, aunts, nanny, childcare, domestiv helpers..
And it's really sad when they know us better than our own parents.

Have this happened to you too?
I don't know cos I do have fortunate friends who grew up under the care of their mums, mainly because they do not work.

It's sad how after like 10-15 years your parents
Don't know what you like to eat & don't like to eat..
& other eating habits..
Like or don't like to do..
What time you sleep..
Your favorite subject(s)..
Your least favorite subject(s)..
Your capabilities..

Sometimes you don't dare to show yourself cos you are afraid they will be worried..
Sometimes you don't dare to share your feelings because they don't understand & will scold you..
Sometimes you don't dare to cry in front of them when you are sad cos all they do is scold you or tell you to keep quiet..

Always remember, you have friends.
They will always be with you ,
regardless of how you feel,
what you feel..
Now matter how bad things will be,
they will be with you, beside you,
Lending you a helping hand.

Even if all the doors are shut,
there will always be a window.

Often in life, we say
"What if I ... ?" or "What if I had ... ?"

Then, sometimes you regret..
"Sh*t, maybe I should have ... "

Well, it's a dilemma if sometimes you should make certain choices or not.
Some people will tell you,
"YOLO!" , "You only live once!" ,
"Just try ah!" , "Aiya just go lor",
"Sounds like a good idea!"

But others will tell you,
"Huh, don't want lah" , "Nah",
"Hmmm, I think you shouldn't eh"

So who should you listen to when you yourself don't even know what you want exactly?
And sometimes due to certain circumstances, you give up somethings for the other.
End up, you regret it.
Is this what life is supposed to be?
Teach you lessons like that?
The painful way? I don't know?

Living in regret is a painful thing..
I once told myself & tried to live with this thought :
"It is better to regret doing something than regret not doing it".
But sometimes I regret not continuing something that I truly want to.
Maybe it might the end of it.
Maybe not.
If we are fated to meet again, we will.
One's destiny can't be changed, I guess?

Why can't people just do what they have been told or what people have taught them?
Is it really that difficult to do things right?
Like honestly? Why can't they reflect on themselves or be humble?
Or maybe life is never fair?
That's why people around them have to suffer..
Oh right, maybe that's why..
Mentally exhausted from facing people like that..
But I hope they eventually learn the right way to do things..

People are selfish, agreed.
I am, you are, we all are.
But to a certain extend,
we will help if we can..
But when we don't have enough resources, every helping hand is our precious gift.
A little thank you or love you will make one's day..
Because it's the tiny act that counts..

It's been a long time since I'm on Blogger, once again..
Used to have a blog which I started in 2009 and ended in I don't know say 2013 or 2014?
Have been on Tumblr and all but I think Blogger is still the best for me..
Anyway, I don't really care if anyone reads this anot? I just wanna write it like a diary..
Alot of times we are so busy in life we just forget about ourselves?
Everyone just think and live their lives and forget about how they actually feel..
So here I am talking to myself and hopefully this can be like a reflection to myself?

So, school has started once again & it has only been the 2nd day..
But boy, I'm sorry to say it's really starting to drain my soul away (literally)..
Timetable is quite shitty to say as there are sooooo manyy breaks in between (oh what's new right?)
And so many of this semester's modules have projects :(
I don't know if it's good or bad cos I'm not an exam person?
But.. I don't extremely LOOOVE projects too..
But anyway.. it's the last acad semester so I''ll have to push myself..

1st day of school was at first okay.. Went out for lunchie during the 2 hours break..
But returned to school to attend classes till 6pm.. Which didn't end my day well..
2nd day of school.. Not so depressed..
All was good till classes end at 6pm too.. and not so well again..

Sometimes.. I don't know if it's right to give up on the things I like for other things like better grades..
To be honest, I'm not happy with a low grade of course (who does?)
But like.. sigh.. I'm confused too..
This grade issue seriously is annoying but if you don't get a good grade, no one bothers about you?

Doing your best will never be good enough because your best will never be THE best..
How sad is this reality? But that is the sad fact in life!
Maybe we never meet expectations because people who set the expectations do not realise they keep pushing the bar so much that our best efforts do not matter anymore..
People just wanna see results and compare compare compare..
Sometimes I really wonder if it's meant to help us or cause more harm..

Life is short and we should do what we want.. But can we really do what we want?
