Okay, I'm back for Part 2 - Catering , Dessert Table & Deco!

Catering

I've ordered my catering from Neo Gardens..

So I ordered Neo's Simplicity Set A for 50 pax,

it is a 9 course meal at $13.90 per pax (w/GST).

*Do note that there is a minimum pax of 40!

The menu includes:

Yang Chow Fried Rice

Thai Pineapple Rice

Curry Vegetables

Breaded Fish Fillet with Tartar

Honey Chicken

Sotong You Tiao

Fried Mini Char Siew Pau

Ice Jelly with Cocktail

Fruit Punch

As I have more than 45 pax, I was given the option to have 2 mains (rice or noodle).

As my grandaunt was preparing fried mee siam & soon kueh, 

I decided to have 2 rice instead.

And if you are wondering why I'm short of 1 dish,

I moved the mini custard puff out to my dessert table.

The service provided was really good!

I placed my order on Wednesday night.

By Thursday morning, I got a call to confirm my order.

My salesperson, Veness, was also very nice to ask if I needed any balloons, 

BBQ food, ice or add on any sides for my catering.

The day before my party, they also sent us a text to inform us the 

name & contact person of the deliveryman.

Dessert Table

So at the right side (the plastic cover) is the mini custard puff from the catering.

Brownies in front are self-baked.

Cake was ordered from F.A.A.T Cakes.

The flavors I've ordered were mango or peach

dark chocolate with buttercream for the bottom tier.

This is to cater to many of my elderly family members who don't like to take chocolate.

The cake was supposed to come with fondant lettering, 

however it turns out a bit too small for the cake. 

The baker informed me in the morning & 

I managed to buy the "Happy Birthday" candles as replacement instead.

Cake was delivered to me, so I'm glad I didn't have to run everywhere.

Overall, I was very happy with their service!

But it was a buttercream cake so I do understand if sugar was needed.

Most of my Taobao items were purchased at least 1 month prior to my party.
That is because in the event the item is not suitable or is not what you are looking for,
you still have some time to look for alternatives!
