Role-played in the morning while QC-ing the old batch's calls..

From 2.30pm to 5.30pm, our team QC-ed almost 25 to 30 calls each..

Boy, it was as if I'm in a 3 hour lecture yet I was paying attention unlike usual :X

Oooops..

Anyway..

Er..

Had a tiring afternoon & evening..

Everyday feels so drained..

Static is becoming pretty often at CRMCC..

Need to find a way to reduce it though..

Gonna have a long day tomorrow..

Gonna be collecting my GEWR Race Pack tomorrow after work..
